Customer Ratings allow vendors to rate and review customers after an order is successfully completed or fulfilled.

These ratings help maintain trust, transparency, and quality across the marketplace.

Ratings submitted by vendors go through an approval process before being displayed to customers on the storefront.

When Customer Ratings Can Be Given

Customer ratings can be submitted only after:

  • The order is completed
  • The product or service is fulfilled

Ratings are part of the order journey and are linked directly to a specific order.

Steps to Rate a Customer (Vendor Portal)

  1. Login to the Vendor Portal.
  2. Go to Orders.
  3. Open the required completed or fulfilled order.
  4. In the order journey, go to Details.
  5. Click View.
  6. Navigate to Ratings and Reviews.
  7. Click Rate the Customer.
  8. Enter the required details.
  9. Click Submit.

The rating is submitted for admin approval.
